Registration Required forms

Every year runners must register with Athletics South Africa (ASA) as well as their Athletic Club. The ASA registration process is once off, but we need an up to date copy every year. Please login to ASA website and check your details then save that as you will need to upload the latest version to this site.

This Annual Process IS Required.

Important to check these please.

• Register/Update your ASA details

• Save the Completed ASA form

• Print, Sign and Scan Club Indemnity

• Login to your profile using the token

• Upload your ASA and Indemnity Form

• Upload Proof of payment

• Race Numbers are only made available in February each year. Come back and get your Race Number here when they are ready
