To join or renew your membership, follow the steps below.

This process must be completed once per year.

✅ Step 1 — Register / Login to Your Profile

You will see a screen like this with 3 login options:

  • Log in with Google

  • Log in with Facebook

  • Log in with Email

👉 Which option should you choose?

​​

Use Google login if:

​​

  • Your email is Gmail (e.g. @gmail.com)

  • OR your company email is hosted by Google (many business emails are)

Use Facebook login if:

​

  • You prefer signing in with Facebook

​​

Use Email login if:

​​

  • You do NOT use Google or Facebook login

  • Enter your email → you will receive a login code or email link
    ​

⚠️ Important

​​

  • Always use the same login method each time

    (switching methods can create duplicate accounts)

  • Your ID Number is critical

    This is how we link your profile to the club membership system

Once logged in:

​​

  • Confirm your details are correct

  • Then continue to Step 2

✅ Step 2 — Complete Your Club Membership Profile

What happens here:

 

  • We identify you using your ID Number

  • If you already exist → your profile will open

  • If not → a new profile is created automatically

 

You will need to:

 

  • Complete additional personal details

  • Confirm emergency contact information

  • Upload required documents

✅ Step 3 — ASA Registration (Required)

 

All members must have a valid ASA profile.

Required:

 

  • Ensure all details are correct

  • Download your ASA Member Form

  • Sign the form

 

✔ You will upload this in Step 2

✅ Step 4 — Club Indemnity Form

  • Complete and sign the form

  • Upload it in Step 2

💳 Step 5 — Payment

 

Complete your payment here:

  • Select the correct membership option

  • Complete payment online

 

Important:

Your membership will only be activated once:

 

  • Your details are complete

  • Documents are uploaded

  • Payment is received

📋 Final Checklist

 

✔ Registered / logged in on the website

✔ Completed your club membership profile

✔ ASA profile updated

✔ ASA form signed and uploaded

✔ Indemnity form signed and uploaded

✔ Payment completed

 

Additional:

 

  • Juniors under 18: upload birth certificate (WPA requirement)

⚠️ Notes

 

  • Membership runs January → December

  • Licences are issued once received from ASA

  • Incomplete steps will delay activation
