Upload your forms to the portal. It is a requirement for the club to have a record of your indemnity form as well as your ASA membership form on file.
Please upload your forms to the website here. We need all your info up-to-date, and the latest copies of your forms. Make sure the file name of your form shows the year and what it contains, so for (eg: Smith_Indemnity_2026.pdf) Once done, your file list should look something like this

Smith_ASA_2026.pdf

Licenses become available from Athletics SA during January or February each year. We order at the beginning of January, but it can take time to get the numbers to us. Please be patient, we will notify you when the licenses are ready for collection.
